Thanks to all of those who have been in touch asking if I’ll be exhibiting at Pulse at Earl’s Court in London this weekend. Unfortunately I don’t have a stand this time around- however if you’re interested in stocking my range within your store- drop me a line- I’d love to hear from you!
If you’re going to Pulse over the next few days- be sure to visit my fellow Scottish designers who’ll be showing their work: Hilary Grant, Miso Funky, Lindsey Gardiner, Claire McVinnie, Yoke & Lovely Pigeon. I’m Nikki and I’m a Designer and Maker based in Dundee, Scotland. My lifelong passion for having a nice cup of tea and a biscuit is the inspiration for my collection of hand-printed cushions.
My favourite biscuit as a child would have to be either a breakaway or a blue ribband. My gran would give me one of these whenever we would visit her and my dad still buys them at home, even though neither my sister or I live there anymore. It’s always nice to go and visit my parents, have a cuppa and biscuit and be reminded of the old days. @claredoogan
